I don't like to ask these type of questions but here it goes...
What if ModelRight (MR) as a company is not available sometime in the future and I cannot contact the company when my hardware fingerprint changes. What recourse does a customer have such an event?
I understand the need to control the distribution of the MR product and hardware fingerprinting is a very effective methodology. But if anything happens to the MR company, I'm kinda limited at that point to what I can do with my hardware because of the MR software.
My concern would be that I have data models that I cannot access because I've purchased a new computer from the local computer shop. And I have no one to contact who can help me with the situation.
